Briana's journey began as a young customer, accompanied by her parents to see Dani. Growing up, she witnessed the remarkable transformations and happiness in dogs after their grooming sessions. Inspired by her love for dogs, she aspired to make a difference in their lives.
Joining the team in 2019, Briana started as a bather and has since risen to the role of leading manager. Her primary focus is ensuring the safety and well-being of both her staff and the dogs visiting the shop. Among her favorite tools is the shedding blade, as she finds immense satisfaction in performing deshedding treatments.
Driven by her passion for continuous learning, Briana is dedicated to obtaining certifications by attending seminars and expanding her knowledge. Additionally, she dreams of operating a mobile grooming business. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her dogs and indulging in binge-watching her favorite shows.

Please welcome the newest members of VIP's grooming team, Carmela and Jasmine! As they bring with them unique experiences and a shared passion for animals. Their roles as bathers here developed a keen understanding of hygiene and safety protocols, including disinfecting shampoo bottles to prevent the spread of skin infections in dogs and to provide personalized and stress-free grooming experiences for each animal.
With years of hands-on bathing experience and knowledge gained from her mother's hair salon,Mel excels in customer service and attention to detail. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her current enrollment in ABC College's online pet grooming course,
with her experience at a kennel
Jasmine, possesses expertise in cleaning agents and their applications. She takes pride in ensuring shorter-haired dogs receive the care they need and has a knack for spotting skin abnormalities. such as hot spots, growths, and skin tags. Any new findings are always communicated to the client.
Carmela and Jasmine's complementary strengths and shared passion for animals make them invaluable additions to our VIP grooming team.
