No, we do not offer mobile grooming services at this time. All grooming appointments take place in our salon.

 Our business hours are Monday through Sunday by appointment only. Our standard hours of operation are from 9am to 4pm, however, we are able to accommodate appointments outside of these hours if necessary. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. 

Our basic bath includes: a bath with shampoo and conditioner, towel and blow dry, brush out, nail clipping and  ear cleaning.

Basic bath with sanitary includes: Basic bath plus-hair removal on pads, privates and if needed face

Basic groom includes:  basic bath with sani plus-Hairstyle 

VIP package includes: any service above plus- nail buffing, choice of shampoo/conditioner to fit pets needs, spa facial paw and nose treatment, Teeth and upon request glands in addition to choice of bandana bow or feathers.

24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee.

The fee is as follows:

$25 for the first missed or canceled appointment

50% of the total cost of the appointment for the second missed or canceled appointment

100% of the total cost of the appointment for every missed or canceled appointment after the second

We are by appointment only.  Appointments are required. Please call us to schedule one. 

 Grooming appointments take between two and four hours, depending on the services requested. The groomer will discuss the specific services and estimated time with you. 

We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos that are tailored to your pet's specific needs. For example, we use a hypoallergenic shampoo for pets with sensitive skin.

We specialize in dogs and cats, but we also offer grooming services for rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals.

 We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all pets that we groom. This helps to protect the health and safety of all pets in our salon. 

Yes, we offer add-on services such as flea and tick treatments, de-shedding treatments, and teeth, nail dremel, paw and nose treatments. These services can be added on to any grooming package for an additional fee.

The frequency of grooming depends on the breed and coat type of your pet. We recommend bringing your pet in for grooming every 4-6 weeks.
